Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings and the Greatest Bliss of His goodly-pleasure be upon you.. I hope that I find a fatwa from my Imam in regard to those who are possessed or whom they suspect having witchcraft, sorcery work, envious-eye or jealousy..
Is it permissible for a sheikh who reads the Quran to a patient who is affected by touch of satan, magic, or envious-eye and jealousy? Is it permissible to beat him with a hose, to the point that the skin turns blue from the severity of the beating?!! ..

And Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you, so what ignorance is this and which sheikh does this?! How can he hit, and electrocute, or strangle to cut off the oxygen?! If strangling continues for five minutes then definitely the human being dies or causes him brain damage due to lack of oxygen. The fact suffocation originally does not suffocate the incoming breath to the lung, in fact, it cuts off the veins which are on the sides of the throat, consequently, it cuts off the oxygen from the brain because of the pressure on the veins that feed the brain. Surely this is dangerous for the human’s brain, and great ignorance. As well the electricity and hitting, this certainly harms the patient human being but does not harm satan. In fact satans would burn them; light of [seeking refuge verses, monotheistic verses and glorification of (Allah) Lord of the worlds]. And for that Allah the Most High said: {And We reveal of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to the believers, and it adds only to the perdition of the wrongdoers.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Esrã`a] 17:82. To the fact; light of the Quran burns satans in general, whether they were inside the patients of the believers or inside the hypocrites, and the hypocrites were present at the councils of the Quran in Masjid, and Mohammad messenger of Allah was ordering who is among the companions to recite the Quran until the prophet says to him: “Sufficient for you” in order for him to clarify some of the verses of what Allah pleases. But the hypocrites during the recitation of the Quran from those who recite; touches of satans inside them are burning. And since Allah’s messenger Mohammad was standing in front of them looking at the faces of the seated in the Masjid; so the prophet would look at them then he finds frowning darkened faces. So he would recognize the denial of the possessor satan on the faces of who disbelieved, so (Mohammad) would find their faces frowned, darkened; they almost attack whom they recite the Quran; in a sense they are about to stretch their hands towards them in order to hit who recite the Quran because of the burning of the possessor satans who are inside them. But according to Allah’s fatwa; That nothing more intense than the Quran’s light burning the touches of satans except Fire of hell. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And when Our clear messages are recited to them, you would recognize a denial on the faces of those who disbelieve — they almost attack those who recite to them Our messages. Say: Shall I inform you of what is worse than this? The Fire. Allah has promised it to those who disbelieve. And evil is the resort.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hajj] 22:72
{وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۙ وَلَا يَزِيدُ الظَّالِمِينَ إِلَّا خَسَارًا ﴿٨٢﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الإسراء]،
{وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ تَعْرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا الْمُنكَرَ ۖ يَكَادُونَ يَسْطُونَ بِالَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِنَا ۗ قُلْ أَفَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِشَرٍّ مِّن ذَٰلِكُمُ ۗ النَّارُ وَعَدَهَا اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ ﴿٧٢﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الحج].
And Allah the Most High means in His word: {Say: Shall I inform you of what is worse than this? The Fire. Allah has promised it to those who disbelieve. And evil is the resort.}. In a sense that hellfire is more intense in burning than the burning of the Quran, for that the reciters find that the possessing (satans) screams from the burning of the Quran’s light. And for that Allah the Most High said: {Say: Shall I inform you of what is worse than this? The Fire. Allah has promised it to those who disbelieve. And evil is the resort.}Truthful Allah the Great
{قُلْ أَفَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِشَرٍّ مِّن ذَٰلِكُمُ ۗ النَّارُ وَعَدَهَا اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ ﴿٧٢﴾}
{قُلْ أَفَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِشَرٍّ مِّن ذَٰلِكُمُ ۗ النَّارُ وَعَدَهَا اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ ﴿٧٢﴾} صدق الله العظيم.
As for who tortures the patients with beating and the electricity surely this harms the patient more than harming the possessor. And if the possessor pretends that he is harmed, indeed it is a trick to distract the reader from reciting the Quran to him. Verily, believe Allah and do not believe those who say against Allah what they do not know.
